What we see most, and what it usually means.
Camera offline — a failed PoE port, water in a connector or a switch fault. Not recording — a worn hard drive or schedule change. Blurry footage — condensation, dirt or a failing sensor. App not working — router changes, expired firmware or a recorder that's lost its network settings.
Most faults are fixed on the first visit. Where a camera or drive needs replacing we carry common parts.

Do you repair systems you didn't install?
Yes — most mainstream CCTV brands, domestic and commercial.
How much does a CCTV repair cost?
Diagnosis is a fixed fee; the repair is quoted before work starts. Replacement cameras and drives are priced on the day.
Should I repair or replace an old system?
If it's analogue, 1080p or older than about seven years, replacement usually costs little more than repair and gives you 4K, colour night vision and a working app. We'll tell you straight.
